My Paintings
These are examples of some of my paintings
My paintings range from 16X20 to over 24x30. They are oil on canvas and are all framed with the exception of three of my most recent paintings: Balloon Boy, Portofino Harbor, and Sidewalk Barbeque, which are gallery wrapped.
My paintings are all original oil paintings and giclee prints of them, and mostly painted from my photos but a few are plein aire.
I travel frequently and take pictures of people and places that intrigue me. I try to tell a story in most of my paintings, either through people's actions or the mood of the painting. I love to catch emotions or actions.
Some of these paintings are from Mexico, but most of them are from Southern and Central California.
